1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver a service as outlined in the agreement or project scope, you may be eligible for a refund.
Dissatisfaction with Initial Deliverables: If you are not satisfied with the initial project deliverables (such as the first iteration of custom AI models, chatbots, etc.), and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable revisions, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Refunds are not eligible under the following circumstances:
If you change your mind or no longer require the services after the project has commenced.
If the services have been successfully completed or delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
If delays are caused by factors outside of Prari Technologies Private Limited control (e.g., client-side delays, lack of required information, etc.).
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
Submit a Written Request: Please email our support team at info@praritech.com or use the contact form on our website within 14 days of service delivery.
Provide Details: Include the reasons for your dissatisfaction, along with any supporting documentation (e.g., email exchanges, project timelines, etc.).
Review Period: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and reach out within 5 business days to discuss possible resolutions or approve the refund.
Resolution: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, if work has already been performed and is of partial value to you, we may offer a partial refund based on the work delivered to date. This will be assessed case by case and communicated clearly during the review process.
4. Consultation and Training Services
For services such as AI Training and Consultation, refunds are not applicable after the consultation or training session has been provided. However, if the service provided was substantially different from what was agreed upon, please contact us within 7 days to discuss potential adjustments or resolutions.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy
Prari Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance and updated on our website.
